Lemon Balm and Honey tea

Lemon Balm and Honey tea is a delightful warm drink with the soothing properties of the Lemon Balm herb and the sweetness of honey.

To make the tea, pick some young leaves from the Lemon Balm herb, rinse in clean water and finely chop. Add the finely chopped leaves to a cup of boiling water, either loose or in a small (about tea bag sized) food-safe linen bag.

  • Allow leaves to steep in the boiling water for about 2 minutes
  • After about 2 minutes, remove the bag of chopped leaves or strain the tea.
  • Add Honey to taste.

Done, that was easy! Your tasty Lemon Balm and Honey tea is now ready to drink and enjoy.
